E2E ITSM-C provides two types of training courses:

End to end formal certification training: Such as ITIL Foundation etc. Upon successful completion of the training and related exam where applicable, students receive a formal certification.

Informal training: Such as Configuration Management or Change Management training. This training is modular, and tailored to the organisation needs, requirements, and pain points. Content of such training is based on industry best practice and may provide a hybrid view of more than one best practice (the best of every world). Upon completion of such training, students receive a certificate of attendance.

Training alone is great, except that our retention of new information drops from 100% to 33% within one day of learning.  To address this fact which impacts on the training budget’s ROI, we also offer Business/IT Simulation Games  which could be offered as a stand-alone workshop or following any of our training courses. We deliver our accredited ITIL® training in affiliation with Quint Wellington Redwood, and our formal CMMI training as a CMMI Institute Partner.  We offer our Business/ITSM simulation games in affiliation with GamingWorks.
